HISTORY: OLA MISSION - KELLY HALL
As discussed on the history page, Kelly Hall was completed in 1968 as a memorial to those who died in the fire.
Dank, dark, and full of garbage, Kelly Hall required extensive repair before it was reopened in January 2009.
In partnership with Metro Chicago YMCA and the Greater Chicago Food Depository, Kelly Hall currently houses our afterschool program, senior citizens’ program, mobile food pantry, as well as numerous other programs, serving as safe and supportive community center for children and families.
