GET INVOLVED: PRAY

Mission OLA's most central purpose is to be a place of prayer and encounter with Jesus, especially inthe Eucharist. We have 3 main ways that you can join us in our mission of prayer. 

1) Adoration- The Franciscan community attheMission will eventually host Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration in the school. Perpetual Adoration is a Eucharistic devotion where people pray continuously in front of the exposed Blessed Sacrament 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Catholics believe that the Eucharist (or Blessed Sacrament) is Jesus Christ, truly present, Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. The plan is that people like you would pray during the day, and the Franciscans would pray during the night. There are currently not enough Franciscans to sustain Perpetual Adoration. God willing, there soon will be. 2) Vocation prayer team- Please join us in prayer for vocations for the Franciscans of the Eucharist by joining the vocation prayer team HERE. More information HERE

3) Team OLA prayer team- We also have a prayer team to support Team OLA. Each runner has an individual person praying for him/ her. If you would like to join the Team OLA prayer team, please e-mail HERE (olamission@gmail.com).
