December 2022 - Christmas at the Mission Highlights
We've had several amazing Christmas events at the Mission!
We distributed gifts to ~1500 people yesterday!
We now pre-pack bags of toys to distribute to our neighbors so parents/ family of our neighborhood kids can wrap the gifts for the kids to receive on Christmas day!

Our Culinary Kids luncheon for our senior citizens group, featuring a surprise appearance by the one and only Mr. T! Thank you to Comptroller Suzanna Mendoza, Chef Stephen Henry, Chef Courtney Barton, the Palmer House, and many others who made this a great day!

We hosted our neighborhood Christmas prayer service and lunch. Each family in attendance received a Nativity set for their home! Thank you to Notre Dame Parish in Clarendon Hills for providing the Nativity sets!

All the families in our after-school program received gifts and had an awesome lunch at a separate party as well!
